A conversation with the family and an age-appropriate opportunity for our team to meet the child and understand their learning style, personality and rhythms.

Admission Decision

Decisions consider year-group availability and our responsibility to ensure that each child can be supported and thrive.

Enrolment

Once accepted, families receive the next steps for fees, documentation, seat confirmation and orientation.

Common admissions questions.

The fee structure is divided into an admission package and tuition fee with annual charges. Families receive the full details during the admissions process.
Admissions typically open in September for the following academic year. Current availability should be confirmed with the Admissions Team.
The journey usually includes an online application, information session and campus tour, family conversation, an age-appropriate interaction or assessment, and a final decision based on fit and availability.
VLC currently has campuses in PECHS, DHA and Clifton in Karachi.
Playgroup is approximately 1 year 4 months to 2 years 4 months, depending on the joining-year age cut-off. Families should speak with Admissions for guidance.
BabySnap is VLC’s parent-and-toddler programme, designed around early milestones and a rich sensory, physical and emotionally engaging experience.
We would not describe it as priority, but families already part of the community may find the admissions journey more familiar and straightforward.
VLC does not operate a standard discount or waiver policy. Families with specific circumstances are welcome to speak with the Admissions Team.
English is the primary medium of instruction, while VLC respects and actively practises cultural and linguistic diversity.
Approximately 1:6 in Early Years, gradually moving to 1:7, 1:8 and ultimately 1:12 by Elementary.
VLC does not currently offer a general van service. A shuttle runs between Clifton and DHA for siblings.
VLC begins with the EYFS framework in Early Years and develops through the SNAP® and STAMP approaches. The Senior Years pathway includes international qualifications.
Playgroup begins with a 2.5-hour school day, with timings increasing as children progress.
Yes. Activities have included gymnastics, taekwondo, roller skating, foreign languages, swimming and other programmes that evolve with community interests.
